Tis the season! The Boston Globe has recognized NOMAD as one of the go-to places to find the perfect present.  The team at the Globe chose to feature NOMAD’s 100% pure beeswax candles by Pollen Arts in their 2012 Gift Guide. Handmade with love in the USA, these candles are crafted in the shape of vintage bottles and come in a variety of sizes: stocking stuffers to larger centerpieces! They are sure to generate conversation among the home with their delicious smell… and they burn for hours on end.

Taza Chocolate️

We all have a sweet tooth here at NOMAD, so we were really thrilled to be Taza Chocolate’s featured retailer of the month.

NOMAD is the ideal choice for Taza chocolate retailer of the month, especially during this season when our shop is chockfull of “day of the dead” folk art and supplies. One of the most important ingredients of this festivity is chocolate not only enjoyed at fiestas but also placed on shrines for the ancestral spirits to enjoy. We have given Taza chocolate our official NOMAD seal of approval.

Come by this month and have a sample taste of the different flavors. It’s BUENISSIMO!

Everything is Illuminated with Color️

Improper Bostonian: November 2008 – Jumble Sale, NOMAD Covers the Palette” – “NOMAD brings you into a rainbow of folk art and fun where the merchandise sparkles with joy. Mexican Day of the Dead skeletons holding guitars rock on, affirming life. Enormous mirrors are textured with silver-colored ornamental metal, and decorative mini-frames surround the face of Frida Kahlo, patron saint of eyebrows. One valuable necklace sports a pendant filled with uncut diamonds, like bits of beautiful broken glass.”
